What I’ve come to learn over the years is that having faith in the ability to manifest dreams into reality is not always an easy task. Sometimes faith can be scary and taking that leap can feel like jumping out of a plane without a parachute. The thing is, a lot of times, it is a great idea, we just can’t see the benefit of it until we do it.
It's important to know the difference between intuition based and emotion based choices. this article will lay it out for you and give you some tools on how to tap into intuition.
As women, we have huge roles in the world. There are three energies that refer to these roles. This would be the energy of Maiden, Mother, and Crone. It's important to know what these energies look like in our day to day lives, and how to handle when they fall out of balance.
Letting go has many energetic and physical benefits. It is also a huge element in manifestation. When we are holding on to things energetically, it can manifest in the physical body. I have come to this realization before, and this course is reinforcing the strong belief that self-care is going to be the largest component in healing the wounds of our society. This is the whole reason for why I created Life by the Moon Yoga, and why I have chosen the path of yoga, Ayurveda, and self-empowerment through consent and harnessing the power of working with the cycles of this life we live to create the world we want to live in. Dismantling racism and oppression is not an easy task. It is a darker side of the cycle we face, but it is important to acknowledge the work that needs to be done on both sides, and the energy that it takes. It's equally important to have ways to care for ourselves when times get hard so that we can keep on going.
