As we journey into the new year, it is my full intention to take these lessons with me and live my life out loud with conviction and fire urgency to shine my light every step of the way. It is my prayer that this will inspire you to do the same.

It is a darker side of the cycle we face, but it is important to acknowledge the work that needs to be done on both sides, and the energy that it takes. It's equally important to have ways to care for ourselves when times get hard so that we can keep on going.
