Stepping into gratitude for the current moment and always knowing that what you want is already on the way is the quickest route to your manifestation. Think about what it feels like when you know without a doubt that you are going to get that pay check on the 15th, or eating lunch that day, or taking your next breath in, or anything else you can think of that you feel you know for certain. There are some things we are just sure of and our manifestations should be the same! Meditation Practice for Manifestation-5 Minutes minimum: Sit with your hand on your heart and think about what you are calling in. Focus on the feelings this brings to your heart space. Will you be happy, at ease, calm, satisfied. Whatever it is feel it in your heart as if it were already done. With every in breath spread that feeling a little further into your body. With every out breath allow it to expand even more. Continue to expand this energy with the breath for as long as you'd like. Keep brining in the visions of your manifestation to fuel the positive feelings. Before coming out of your meditation, recite in your mind " I am grateful for all that is coming to me, I am grateful for where I am and where I know I am going." Move into your body. Stretch your arms and legs, circle your hips. Really embody the feeling and carry it into your day. #alreadydone #manifestation #attitudeofgratitude #feelit #createit #lifeintheflow #lifebythemoonyoga
As we make it through this last stretch of Kapha season we are reminded that we are still in the midst of cold and flu season. Take care of yourself during this time by using warming spices and choosing hot and hearty soups and dense leafy greens over dry and cold salads or heavy foods. Drink heating teas that can break up the mucous and sluggish energy. Clove, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom are a great choice. If you are experiencing the effects of the underlying Vata energetics of the season then you might be feeling drying in the skin and nasal passages. Try hot oil massage(abhyangha) and applying Nasya oil in the morning to the nose. Anger is a quality of Pitta Dosha, which governs the heart.❤ When we are angry, it usually stems from a need for love in some form. Because of this, we have the ability to shift our anger into love and deep passion. If you pay close attention, you might notice that when you are angry the first place you tend to feel sensation is in the heart space around the chest. Here's a meditation you can try: Sit in a space where you won't be disturbed. Feel into you body and your breath. As you begin to anchor into the breath, sending it deep into the belly, think of a moment that caused you anger. Try not to get stuck in details of the memory, just conjure the feelings of anger it brought to you. Now go a bit deeper and see if you can find the space where love exists in this anger. It could be that you needed love and it wasn't given or that you had love for someone or something and it wasn't properly received. Sit until the answer comes up. Then give yourself permission to feel that love. You might notice that the sensations of deep rage easily mirror the sensations of deep love. Allow the feelings to shift into that love. When you're ready take a deep breath and come back to the present moment. This is a great way to turn anger into powerful fuel!when we take action from this space, the force can be unstoppable! #meditate #anger #love #mindfulness #mindfull #practice #shift #perspective #permission #findthelove #fireasfuel #lifebythemoonyoga

Hot lemon water has quickly become a staple in my morning routine. It's amazing for jump-starting the digestive system, helps maintain clear skin, and alkalizes the bloodstream. During this time of year, a nice hot cup of water doused with lemon is a great way to add a zesty zing to your daily routine! What's your favorite morning beverage to sip on? The lotus mudra is associated with the heart chakra and allows us to more easily open our hearts to receiving.
